A4. No — both models are wire-free; Raccoon 2 SE uses AI vision to detect grass edges automatically with minimal setup, while T1200Pro uses RTK + vision mapping for precise virtual boundaries and multi-zone control.

A8. Yes. Our mowers use AI Camera Recognition and Bumper Sensors to detect and avoid over 300 types of obstacles, including pets, toys, and garden furniture. This ensures safer and smoother operation.

Q9. What happens when the battery is low or it starts raining?

A9. The mower will automatically return to its charging station when the battery is low and resumes mowing after charging. It also features a rain sensor that detects rain and sends the mower back to the charging station to protect your lawn and maintain optimal performance.

A10. Yes. All models support Multi-Zone Management. You can define different lawn areas, customize mowing schedules, and control each zone via the app. Raccoon 2 SE supports up to 3 maps. T1200 Pro support unlimited map creation, ideal for more complex or larger properties.

A12. RoboUP offers a return and refund policy for eligible orders within the specified return period. Products should be returned in acceptable condition with included accessories.
