Q1. Is RoboUP Raccoon 2 SE shipped worldwide?

A1. The RoboUP Raccoon 2 SE is available for shipment to the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Q2. What is the estimated delivery time?

A2. Mass production for the Raccoon 2 SE will begin in December, and shipments will start after the Kickstarter campaign concludes. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. For US & EU users, shipments will begin after you submit your address information in January and will be made in batches based on the payment order. We sincerely appreciate your support and will maintain transparent communication throughout the fulfillment process.

Q3. How much is the shipping fee?

A3. We cover the shipping fees for EU countries, the United States, and the United Kingdom. For other countries and regions, we have already subsidized most of the shipping costs, but you may still need to pay a small portion. The exact shipping fee will be announced soon in our Facebook Group.

Q4. Must we pay the customs fee?

A4. We cover customs fees for all backers on Kickstarter

Q5. Why should I place a deposit order before the campaign goes live?

A5. Before the crowdfunding campaign, placing a fully refundable deposit secures the best available price for you. This includes an extra $60* on mower and bundles compared to the super early bird offer. If the deposit order is cancelled after the project has launched, you can not have the exclusive price.

*Excludes add-ons and accessory kit.

Q6. What extra benefits can I get if I pay a deposit?

A6. If you pay a $20 deposit, you will get cash back on Kickstarter to bring your final price down to $299. You also get priority shipping. (Shipping starts from February and shipments will be made in batches based on the payment order).
How cash back works: Get $60 back if you paid Super Early bird, Early bird price, Special offer.

Q7. If I've already paid the deposit but changed my mind, how can I get a refund?

A7. Deposit is refundable anytime. To request a refund for your deposit, please email support@iroboup.com from the email address you used to reserve the discount. We will process your refund within 7 business days.

Q8. How do I complete the purchase with my deposit?

A8. Step 1: Pay the deposit on this page.
Step 2: Once our kickstarter page is online, go to the launch page and select your Raccoon 2SE and its bundle.
Step 3: After the crowdfunding ends, you will need to provide your address information. After we receive the address, we will start to arrange shipment. Refunds ($60 discount plus $20 deposit) will be processed within two weeks after shipping.

Q9. Why should I use the same email address for the deposit and Kickstarter order?

A9. We use the Kickstarter email address to match against our pre-order list and verify if the backer has placed a deposit. This ensures a smooth process for verifying benefits. Please use the same email address for both your deposit and your Kickstarter account.

Q10. I paid project order before November 15th on Kickstarter and the savings were $270 for super early bird. What's the change now with deposit?

A10. Thank you for your incredible support and trust in the Raccoon 2 SE project. Your savings have been upgraded to $330 on the MSRP of $629, so you'll still get the exclusive price of $299.
